Very valuable tool, its amazing how noisy it can be and we dont realize what damage noise can do to our hearing!

Nice little device, not very accurate but gives you a good idea.

Very good sensitive DB meter, just please If you could put an higher limit Like ours ears pick zone in 120DB would be Work more better for FireWorks And SoundSystem measures ...

So inaccurate that its useless!

Even when theres no ambient sound, the app shows 60db and goes up from there with sound.

not sure how accurate it reads 85dB inside my car idling windows up no music and 90 to 95 at 80 miles an hour on the freeway

I like the layout of this ap, but I cannot use it as a reasonable alternative to a real meter because it is so far off on db readings. In quiet settings it is 80% off from actual db meter and only showed 103 db at concert where real meters registered 121 db.

Reads 20 or so db too high. Compared to professional db meter. Wasnt expecting total accuracy buy 20 db is too much. May be iPads mic.

Im in a perfectly silent room and this thing is reading 75dbs???? I dont think so! NEXT!

Im in my living room nothing is on but my fridge and its reading 60dbs,what a joke.and what I dont understand is why put out an app thats not even close to being accurate knowing you are going to get negative reviews.so great you made the app but didnt do enough tweaking to get it right but lets put it out anyways real smart.
